Pinnacle Commercial Group was formed to create and realize a profit through the acquisition of and the “Adding of Value” to Distressed and Defaulted “Recession Resistant” Commercial assets throughout the United States. We accomplish this through the innovative application of exceptional expertise in the acquisition, development, renovation, and management of the properties.
Pinnacle has developed a proprietary system that has allowed them to establish a network of highly-trained individuals throughout the U.S. who provide prospective properties for acquisition. Currently numbering in excess of 70, the network was created to seek out acquisition opportunities from both traditional and non-traditional sources. This substantial volume of highly qualified purchase opportunities allows Pinnacle the luxury to pursue only the properties that best fit their overall goals.
